How to Make Sourdough Bread

fresh sourdough breadI love bread. In fact I love pretty much all carbs!  We try to eat a mostly paleo diet but homemade bread is one of those things I just can’t seem to give up. Somehow making bread from scratch makes it seem not so bad…

The thought of the hours involved in making the starter, waiting for the bread to rise (twice) and remembering to actually bake it before it falls is a challenge, but it’s really not that bad. Plus kneading the dough is kinda fun!
Over the years I have found a recipe for both the starter and the bread that have yet to fail me.
